Many years ago a successful farmer, JP and Church leader became the father of an amazing baby girl, and gave her the name Anne Townley. Anne grew up on a large and busy farm in Clapham, Yorkshire, at the foot of Ingleborough. Her parents gave to her a great training from Settle High School to working for the local auctioneer and at 18 welcoming her youngest brother.
In 1967 she accepted the invitation to marry David Brewer, moving to Preston in North West England, and became a proficient home-maker to become the mother of three fine children, grandmother to 10 grandchildren and at present time great-grandma to six. Anne is currently a Trustee of David Brewer Ministries.
And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.
Ephesians 4:11-13
