Deeply Committed
Born in Lancashire, David was raised on a farm, and in a devout Methodist home. His mother, Jennie, was a Methodist lay preacher, and his family was deeply committed to their Christian faith. His eldest brother, Eddie, gained renown as both an evangelist and a businessman in the late 1950s and 1960s. Tragically, Eddie’s life was cut short in a road accident, but his entrepreneurial spirit lived on through David, who successfully continued the family business, Brewer’s Feeds Ltd., a manufacturing company specialising in manufacturing animal feed.
David’s calling to ministry emerged early in life. At 19, he was enrolled as a student Methodist local preacher, and by 21, he was actively serving on the preaching circuit. However, the shifting theological landscape within Methodism, marked by increasing liberal ideologies, led David to seek a new spiritual home. In the early 1970s, he found that home with the Free Methodist Church, where he continued to develop his ministry.
Global Outreach & Ordination
Around the year 2000, David encountered God TV and the teachings of Benny Hinn, which had a transformative impact on his faith and ministry. This led him to the teachings of Kenneth Copeland and the Word of Faith movement, which became foundational to his spiritual journey. His passion for faith-filled, victorious Christian living has since shaped his preaching, teaching, and global outreach.
David was ordained by Archbishop Doyle Volentine and Bishop Steven Lyn Evans of The International Christian Church Network (TICCN), a significant milestone in his ministry. He has since become a highly respected international preacher, ministering across continents and establishing Bible Colleges in Liberia, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. His work in theological education has empowered countless individuals to grow in their faith and step into ministry leadership.
Faith, Healing & Salvation
David’s preaching ministry is centered on the foundational biblical truths of faith, healing, and salvation. He is a passionate proponent of the Word of Faith, teaching believers how to walk in the promises of God, exercise unwavering faith, and live victoriously through Christ. His ministry emphasizes divine healing, in line with biblical teachings that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and that through faith, believers can experience God’s supernatural power in their lives. His messages also focus on salvation through Christ alone, urging people to embrace the transformative power of the Gospel and live in the fullness of God’s grace.

As a recognized voice in Christian media, David has made appearances on television and radio, sharing the Gospel with audiences worldwide. He is also an international board member of both the International Convention of Faith Ministries (ICFM) and The International Christian Church Network (TICCN), playing a vital role in shaping and expanding their global missions. Rev. Dr. David Brewer continues to be a dedicated ambassador of the Christian faith, equipping believers with biblical truth and inspiring them to live victorious lives through the power of God’s Word.
